Con tanta gente sufriendo, sin comida, sin agua, sin ánimo, sólo nos queda llamar a todos los que nos leen a que colaborar con nuestro país en este momento, en especial con el abastecimiento.
1.- Revise su despensa y vea que puede preparar con lo que hay. Si está realmente desabastecido, salga a comprar.
2.- No es necesario que se lleve 4 carros del supermercado, lleve lo que necesite porque el que está al lado suyo necesita lo mismo.
3.- Piense que si tiene agua en la casa no es necesario llevar más de 5 litros de agua para consumo.
4.- Lleve lo justo y necesario de pan. La gente con menos recursos basa su alimentación en este producto y si usted lleva de más, al final se va a poner duro y se va a perder.
6.- Tenga paciencia, están todos en la misma.
7.- No entre en pánico, no va a morir de hambre aquí en Santiago.
8.- Si pudo comprar, lleve un poco más de todo, para donarlo.
9.- Centre sus esfuerzos en ayudar a la gente del Maule y el Bío, ellos son los que más lo necesitan.

- Revise your pantry and check out what you can prepare with your supplies. If you really don’t have anything, go and at buy some.
- It is not necessary to bring home with the equivalent of four supermarket carts of purchases. Buy only what you need, because your neighbour may need the same quantity
- Don’t forget that if you have water at home, you don’t need to buy more than 5 litres of water.
- Just buy the necessary amount of bread. Bread is the basic food item of poorer people and if you buy too much, it will only get stale and be lost for consumption.
- Be patient, we are all in the situation.
- Do not panic, here in Santiago you will not starve to death.
- If you can buy, buy a little more of each item to donate to others.
- Concentrate your aid efforts in the regions of Maule and BioBio, there are the people who need it most.
